Amazingly helpful, we are from Toronto and our Jeep broke down under warranty. Kimberly was amazing, and bent over backwards to help us, it was the long weekend. She calmed me down a few times as my husband and I both had to be back at work and we had my 83 year old father with us and my daughter missed the first couple days of school, I was in a panic! She arranged a rental and we were able to be on our way back home again. My only negative point nothing to do with this dealership, but with Chrysler is that when our jeep was ready the rental was on our dime, hard to get time off work in a very busy season to drive back to Hawksbury from Toronto. Points to Kimberly who tried. Wish we had a dealership and people like her in Toronto!
